Brush cut, trees dropped, stumps pulled, ground left workable.

Haul it
All debris loaded and gone the same job. The site gets left clean enough to build on, plant on, or just enjoy.

Straight answers
How much land can you clear?
From a single overgrown side yard up to multi-acre lots. Bigger jobs just take more trailer loads — I'll scope it when I walk the property.
Do you take all the debris away?
Yes. Brush, branches, stumps, sod — everything gets hauled off in the dump trailer. If you want wood chips or fill kept on site, just say so.
Can you clear around trees I want to keep?
Absolutely. Mark what stays, and I'll work around it. Clearing selectively costs a bit more than clearing everything, and I'll be upfront about that.
How do you price land clearing?
By the size and density of the job plus haul-away. A small side yard and a two-acre blackberry farm are very different numbers. The quote is free either way — call (778) 980-5788.
Do you grind stumps?
I pull small stumps during clearing. For big old-growth stumps, I'll tell you straight whether it's in my wheelhouse or whether you need a dedicated stump grinder.
